Who creates your products?

Every item is made by me, Eileen, with love, care, and attention to detail. I’m a one-person operation, which means each piece is unique and handcrafted.

Where are you located?

I create all my pieces from my studio, but since I’m a solo creator, I don’t have a physical store. Everything is available online, and I ship throughout Canada.

Do you take custom orders?

Yes! If you see something in my shop that you love, but would like it in a different material, color, or size, I’m happy to create a custom version just for you. Feel free to reach out to [email protected] and we can chat about your ideas.

Do you offer returns or refunds?

Since my items are handmade in small batches, I am unable to offer refunds. However, if something arrives damaged or there’s an issue with your order, please contact me as soon as possible to resolve it. I reserve the right to decline requests that are unreasonable.

Are your products sustainable?

I make an effort to use thoughtfully sourced materials whenever possible. My goal is to create beautiful and functional items with minimal waste.

Why does handmade take longer?

As a one-person business, I work on each item by hand, ensuring it meets my standards. This process takes time, but it allows me to focus on quality and uniqueness. I appreciate your patience and support for slow, mindful creation!
