Returns & Exchanges
Because all pieces from Made by EI are handmade in small batches (or one of a kind), returns and exchanges are not accepted.
Each item is carefully made, inspected, and packaged before shipping, and all sales are considered final.
That said — if something arrives damaged or defective, I want to make it right.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or there is a defect related to construction of an item, please contact me at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with:
- your order number
- a brief description of the issue
- clear photos of the damage or defect
In these cases, I’m happy to repair or fix the item whenever possible.
Please note:
- Refunds are not offered
- Repairs or fixes are provided at my discretion based on the issue
- Normal wear and tear, minor variations, or characteristics of handmade items are not considered defects
Handmade Nature of Items
Each Made by EI piece is handmade, which means:
- slight variations in colour, texture, or stitching may occur
- no two items are exactly alike
These variations are part of what makes each piece unique and are not grounds for a return or repair.
